I 'm looking for a site, I can barely describe

A few months ago I was directed to a site consisting of a forum filled with artists showing their "odd" art, and toy scupltures. They sold a few toys on the front page, and their forums were filled with sketches of character designes where anatomy was thrown out the window and the characters were quite expresive.

If you have ANY idea as to the link, please post it. I googled, I altavistaed, and found nothing... So please try to help me out.
