Haha, they look funny. I'd go with the above and correct proportions. Mabye thicken the lines?

I think their is this trick where you draw a series of circles like the michelin man and from that you get your proportions correct.

The images have no depth at the moment so it would be good to try to mimick the effect of light shadowing on the faces and clothes etc to give the characteres a more life like look.

I finished the right yesterday just before i went to sleep
I dont really know how you mean by correcting proportions
Is it like the arms are too short and the head is too big, etc.. ?
I'll try shading them
