It's against the law in the United States for competitors to discuss rates. That means that, legally speaking, self-employed people can't talk to each other about how much they charge.

It's called price fixing, and that is why I generally don't talk about rates...

Remember, everything here is archived, and if a client wants to... they can find out if you are guilty of collusion...
