This looks awsomely tight! Has a very modern feel, like it alot. :thumb:

The only "flaw" perhaps is the alignment of the logo, menu and header. You have your main menu starting in the middle of your header. It doesn't bother me that much, but perhaps it would awsomize your design even more if you'd try to align them properly. :)

agreed. it bothers me too. it screws the grid up totally. i just fixed it though to do a 2/3 1/3 split of the banner. I just think it could be a little better there.

with regards to the logo, header and nav situation, i don't think it brings anything negative to the website, but moving the logo down to align bottoms of header and logo and leaving white space above would probably look fine.
