hi all im not sure waht happened but about a week after i got photoshop
the colors have been werid......
like some images have a red tint to em....
and it thinks gray is brown ???? hmmm
is there a way 2 reset this or should i reinstall

wheck to see whether you are working in CMYK or RGB (CMYK can sometimes appear brown.) make sure your monitor is callibrated as well as photoshop (color settings) etc.

hey also in CMYK you can add colors to black. Often called Rich black, in fact its a good thing to practice because it makes the printed piece come out much better. Its also good when using in graidents. PURE K (black) will create muddy gradients.
If your creating a graident from black to blue for instance. try the 100% K with about 30-50% C and see the difference.
You black in the image above might be influenced by other colors. check your CMYK values.

:P i checked photoshop and iwas going thru all the diffrtent colors and when i hit my moniters default color i had black instead of brownish red :)
