I am going to be starting a web hosting business, and I will be selling web servers/domains/space, as you might guess. And I will be needing several staff members, as well as a partner who is willing to spend money to make money. I will provide any of my staff members with unlimited space and bandwidth as long as they adhere to my rules.


I will also (most likely) require someone who is able to provide customers with round the clock support, via support ticket system, or live chat.

This will pay, but not until we 'get started'. I do wish that you would get AIM though, because I would like to use it as the primary method of contact with cleints.

Here's a good idea. Since you're an avid YIM user, I would suggest downloading Trillian, which allows you to manage AIM/ICQ/YIM accounts under one main account.
