logo design needed

Hi people I'm after a logo for my site www.apixelmind.com the reason I would like a logo is that some friends and I are starting to create some applications (non web based) and this calls for a professional logo not just what I have at the moment.

The logo can be anything however I would like it to look professional as its going to end up on applications in the future as well as my site.

you know what G, you may be in luck. I have a left over logo from a project (one of the ones my client did not choose). I will throw it up later for you. Better to let someone use it then to have it rotting in my dungeon of old logos.

Well, I finally came up with a decent idea. Took ages to get the styling on the head right. It's nothing spectacular, but it's modern and stylish.

These designs were on my mind and I accidentally opened illustrator so it must have been fate for me to make the logos. I was trying to open LW.

looking at my last entries again, I could have made that top one alot better....If perhaps G you are interested in that one I could make a modification for you. Its noon here is Cali so in the UK it has to be beyond the due date so I wont bother touching it up unless that is one you are interested in.

ok we decided on Paddy Dukes but not the logo just the text...yes thats right we just felt it was simple and thats what we wanted.

I'd just like to point out here that I decided not to ask for any money from G. Since it's a free font and I didn't modify it in any way (except changing the kerning) I didn't really feel it was right to call it my work.

sorry to bring this up from so long ago, but i think that paddys was very interesting aswell. because no matter what the colour of the project is(software box or cd cover) the colors can be changed very easily! nice job man!!
