Problem connecting to database

I have downloaded mySQL 5 Beta Version. My Problem now Im trying to do the tutorial - I have located mySQL Terminal on my System and I found the mySQL.exe (Im using Windows 98). When I click the executable file it opens very fast and closes again. So I dont know what the problem is. I even went over under DOS Command Prompt and whenever I wrote this Command "CREATE DATABASE Websissy" I get this reply "File not Found".

I wrote that where mySQL file is. Any help someone

Try reinstalling it. And did you use Google first??? Google is your friend :D.
