I am in need of programmers of any type (Web Based*). I have an excellent idea which I am sure will work, and need help constructing. If you have a lot of talent in any web coding/design area, I need your help. I plan to erect a site that aids house sellers in their process of selling their house. Details will be released per request..


I cannot promise compensation upfront, but when we get back I will pay 7% of my earnings to any soul that helps me construct said site. I will allow you to add this site to portfolio, also.

How much experience do you have? This project is huge. I mean massive. I was talking to a Kirupian on aim. And he said he's interested, but he want's to make sure I can compensate for all the clients he could potentially lose by using most of his time for this project. Which mind you, is genious. I have a friend who is interested in investing in my idea, but needs confirmation we will at least profit.


But I cannot stress this enough. I WILL NOT be able to compensate you for your work until we get some business. This idea I have is full proof, and with advertising in the right demographic, this genious, yet original idea will be explosive.
