Updated Splash Page

Done some small minor changes to my splashpage,

- centred everything better,

- also have made some of those small pixel buttons which I really like, I didnt use on of those button generators either for them (although they arnt hard to make).

- Moved site requirements to the bottom of page and also fixed the opacity.

The only thing I suggest is maybe putting a link to download the required flash player.

Although reason it does that is that I screwed up the links etc, im scraping my portfolio and re-designing a better one, its all concept at the min.
