The only links that work are "ABOUT US" and "DIAMONDS".
Some notes:
-The product photos are just placeholders.
-I know, I know, the snow effect is unnecessary but that's what they wanted. Flashy flashy stuff. I couldn't get them to change their minds. :T
Thanks for any and all comments!

what is the snow doing there? it totally doesnt fit in...
also, when i click diamonds, it opens up a new window, which is pretty annoying.
text is kinda light and hard to read on a white bg. i'd make the text green a little darker.

I know the snow doesn't fit AT ALL, but that's what they like (and the customer is always right, right? ).
I'll fix the other two problems. Thanks :)

I like the design but why is the site kinda small? Other then that I really like the clean simple design. I really like you color and background choice. The only thing that I see wrong is that its small and looks like everything is cramped. As far as the snow goes, I wouldn't think a jewerly site would need that effect, but they pay so do as they want. Did you try telling them this is a bad move?
Great job

Next to the two comments above (site a little small and link opening in a new window) I think the font type is a little hard to read.
The rest looks pretty good.
Is it possible that this is the winter collection so that's why they want snow? :D

Aside from the obvious snow thing which youve addressed, i must say im not keen on the green.
The layout and everything seems simple and clean enough, after all the product is most important no point having an uber flashy site for the sake of it.
But that green doesnt invoke luxury or jewellery to me at all, its not offensive just doesnt do anything for me.
Oh and id pick a better font it looks kinda broken up or something to me.
Oh and i didnt like the link opening in a new window either.
Other than that its a perfectly nice and competent job, and if the client likes it then thats what matters

Thanks for the input everyone.
Some changes I made per your comments:
- Made bigger
- Changed button font (they seem to like the text font just fine)
- Fixed new window link
- Spruced up the product page
I know green isnt exactly a professional color, but the greens are from the company colors. Also, the area that the store is in is heavily vietnamese, and around these parts the vietnamese tend to like color in everything.
I'm heading over there now to show them the progress so far. Your comments have been greatly appreciated. :)

I am having some issues with the nav. The tab system has been done and its kinda boring. Also, your pixel font is kinda ugly -- I like them in general, but this one has some odd looking characters, like the upper and lower case 'g'.

However, I happen to like the font, and so does my client. And the tab system.. if it ain't broke, don't fix it! :]

very nice but i think the nav window should be fully on one side, the little gap to the left of it annoys me when the aboutus page comes up
