yah they dont count if you post in the random forum. If you post anywhere else it will count towards your post count.

It's just to take away the spam that was happening here...

i know! I've seen alot of rips, but this one takes the cake by far for me. crazy.....two different ripped site on one site! crazy asians (hehe, no disrepect!)

so I HAVE to help people to post here? what if I am of NO help? what if I can olny pump out useless, but interesting info?

You don't HAVE to help, you could be the one asking for help as well.

The only section that doesn't count posts is Random. This is temporary due to a big spamming issue we had recently.

And man... this site is one crazy obvious rip, how could they think they could get away with it. Like no one knows of estudio or something.

i agree that this is a rip but i got a question.

anybody ever think that jsut cause a company is small and they have a site much like the larger more well known ones that the small guy ripped it off? what if it were the other way around? i am not talking about this case but what if...then credit is not where it should be at all.

Well when you are an larger upscale DESIGN company, I think it goes without saying that you didn't rip off someone elses design because that destroys the credibility for your larger upscale design company, which then causes you to lose business.

As we all know... big companies hate losing the cash.


Also, you can usually tell by the quality of the versions. The rips are usually of less quality, because they obviously don't have the skill to create it in the first place, so they don't have the skill to edit it nicely either.

But in the end, if it ever gets to court or anything, it all depends on who has the original source files.

thats funny how much of a rip that is, you'd think they'd try to hide it a little bit by changing somethings, but nope.

estudio is the original creator. Although I myself can't prove it as fact, estudio has released multiple versions of the same layout, just with different minor cosmetic changes.

I don't think they would be able to do that very well if they didn't originally create it if you ask me.
