How to recover password from password field

I keep forgetting my Internet password and of course I don't really need it since Windows saves it automatically. But I want to retrieve it and I don't really want to call my ISP because it is a hassle. But I know Windows stores it somewhere. Could you tell me where I can get it? (The password that is stored for Internet Connection)
