Hi (this could be the wrong forum to post it, i'm not sure)

I recently installed linux ubuntu,
Everything worked fine, i installed opera, and then i wanted to install the flash player.

This is what i got (sorry for the big thumbnail, if you still can call it a thumbnail)

As you see the text in the menu is gone?

Did I forget to install a font?

thnx

well when i was using ubuntu linux, there was no flash availabe for power pc processors. if your running a apple computer than maybe that is why the font is not showing. well actually when i had ubuntu on my mac mini i saw the text..........hmmmm......try a different browser, does the same thing happen?

I have tried mozilla firefox and opera, both didn't displayed the text.

I found the solution,

I did this
http://ubuntuguide.org/#extrafonts
and afterwards the flash installation.

then everything seems to be going ok.

Thought it'd be better to share the solution ;)

Cheers!
