Logo Idea

I'm tryingto come up for a logo to go with my name. Here is what i got so far.

ummm, I'm liking the "triangle" one better. But....maybe...try turning the top left "bar and dot" so it flows w/ the other ones? u know so it is going the same way as the other ones. there's somthjing about it that doesn't flow to me. Just a suggestion:player:

I like the idea you have going w/ those symbols. you should focus on those and just make a sh*t load of em and post em all, then let people vote on em!

hhhmmmm.....kinda tricky. I like the symbols but for some reason not as a logo. But then again I do like them because they are different....Dammit ignore my post it is to early on a Monday morning for me to say anything worth while....I'll post again when I wake up. But yeah post a bunch.

it´s a nice drawing, but i don´t see any relation between the graphic and the name... :-\

Ok I'm up....yeah i agree with guigo. I cannot draw any parallel to your name or your business. But then again that can be good, being different is good.....But if I see your logo without any text I will not be able to put 2 and 2 together and get 4 if you catch my drift.

Im with Guig0 too... plus with the triangle, I keep thinking "Slow moving vehicle" - maybe because I live in the country and see tractors with those triangles on them all the time ;) (of course not the same triangle, the slow moving vehicle triangle, but there still that cross-referencing going there in my wittle head).

With the pixel font youve been using in your name, I also expected your identity to be a little more rigid and hard-edged. Your sig also has a lot of long flat, non-curvelinear lines moving sideways along with an straight edged star. The curvature of the lines and circles in the symbols seem to contradict that. ... then again that kind of tension might be desirable.

Sorry, I don't like any of them...

Remember, this logo is going to be your billboard. It is what everyone will see first, and remember last. I agree that it doesn't parallel your product, but then sintax321 is going to be difficult to broadcast graphically. Maybe you can do something with a silhouette of you, and your name...

Here is something I do.....I would take the word sintax look up the actual meaning.....try to make symbols that parallel the meaning......Also I get a thesaurus and look up synonyms and do the same......Just think up symbols lines or what have you.....Think of your crowd and how they would draw the word sintax. Just a few ideas I use when creating logos characters or what have you.
