well i am building up my site www.dark-motion.tk and my banner is pretty lame
And mtw moderators, please leave thread this here, cause i know it will be interesting!

well head over to my site and see the beginnings of it. I know really lame but I know even if i did make a kool one, there will always be a person who could beat it. So now I am asking that person to beat it :D
No real size specs, its really general but have fun with it! look at my sites colours and match from there if u know wat i mean! anything that suits ur taste generally suits mine :D

Firstly, your header looks pretty fine to me? Although im doubting you made it yourself, other wise you wouldnt have this comp, secondly why is 'Lostinbetas' footer in the bottom right of your site? Did u ask for permission?

hmmmm, having a battle for personal website that you will use and possibly gain some $$$ from seems more like a job offer. But I as a mod will leave it for the time being. Just until I get a complaint or the like. But a bit of advice: You will be better served to just post this in S&C for comments and ideas then build it yourself. And why is lost in betas footer there?

Im sorry, my friend said he found a kool footer to put there :D i didnt know it was a kirupa one :S i will contact lostinbeta and aks geez.. i have to talk to my friends more carefully. Btw, the header is actually one that i made, and it isnt that good. its is a gorillaz picture edited and made to be a banner :P
Im only 16, so no i am not making any money from this project, i simply just wanna see a kool banner made like i stated b4 :D
I dont care if i dont even use it for my site, I just enjoy watching battles take place, and I just thought that an idea that I was working on, could be elaborated on :D thanks anyways if u dont wanna battle, but I really wanna c a nice banner :D

I think you should have stated lets make a banner then make a theme. But saying for my site implies it could be used for gain at some point. I think that is where you went wrong. Thats like working for someone for free. I doubt this battle gets off the ground but good luck anyway.

so what's with stealing all the artwork.... all of the images are from the Gorillaz "Clint Eastwood" video. also grounds for you getting your butt kicked in court (if you make any money off your site) You say your only sixteen but it would be best for your own designs to come through from your site not something that has already been done.
