The front page and the gallery 360 thing is getting to look like a high school project. There are many things I would do to make it look polished, but I want to hear your ideas before chopping it around.

The palette will be eliminated, it is only a place holder until the new navigation system goes in. Also, no preloader built in yet.

I don't like the logo, it looks very unprofessional, i think it is the "professional training prgrams" font and the font under that. the flash used in the site is cool. still, as you know, needs a bit of work though. The palette doesn't look too bad, but it would look better if you edited the reflections on it, makes it look cartoony (in my opinion).
Assuming the links you can go to are part of the old site, it is starting to look alright. keep working at it!

Oops - Thanks I had it at 12!. Now at 32 fps
