As for the design of the wavey lines not too bad and the colours they are nice too. The text/font that has been used isnt working and it looks a tad blurry. Work on it a bit more, the footer needs an outline or edge, but thats just me.

Ahhh... Looking much better sparkey!! only thing I think you need to fix is the font with the white outline, it just doesnt look all that clean and clear, like it looks a tad blurry. But much better improvement!!

update
