Web app to make pixel people

Hi!
I was just wondering!
Is there any web application that doesn't require installation so that one could make pixel people...
Like GifWorks.com , but more suited towards pixelated versions of ones self...
I don't quite like paint, and i can't install this kinda thing...

dunno. i use paint for everything, mostly because every pixel drawing i do is done here at work and all i have is Paint.

that's what i've used for my pixel-me, my avatar, and my buildings in kirupaville. did some neat transformers smilies a while ago, too. it is really basic, but not worthless.
