I like the second one, the first one is good except the letters on the right are hard to read, not a big fan of the thrid one. but keep up the good work!

yea im not a fan of the 3rd one either i was just bored. How do you think i can improve the text in the first one its 8 pt font :h:

i dont think you need to put the link in it twice, it looks crappy that way. Otherwise, i like the reflection and text. Perhaps go with a pixel font for the link text to make it easier to read.
