freelance flash designer

I am looking for a freelance flash designer to help me with an flash intro. It must look very professional and I'll be giving lots of input in what I want done, including the graphics to be used, the text to be used what should happen in the movie etc so the person has to be open to getting and using these inputs to produce the movie. Also, the budget for this project is not large so do send me your approx. cost and links to other flash intros you've done. I would like to get the .fla and the .swf files at the end.
