How do i sparkle a star in my image???

hello,
i want some sparkle and glitter in my image.
how do i do that? like some stars that sparkle and shine!

they say with a sparkle brush.
well i found some star brush on ps cs2, but it aint sparkles.
what do i wrong?

id just airbrush them in photoshop

yea just use the cross-hatch brush in PS. Bulr one them put another over the blurred version.
