I am trying to make a image come out from a wallpaper of clouds. Example is I have cloud wall paper and I want the image to start off like a dot in the middle of the screen and then get bigger until it stops. Using vortex makes it fade away for me. How can I get this effect?

If I understand this correctly, then all you should need is a simple motion tween from ickle dot to full size image. Maybe an Alpha fade in on it.
