Please don't attach a zip file. I don't know about other people, but I am too lazy to download a zip, unzip it into a folder, view the file, and then delete it. It would be much better to just attach the swf, or host it on a free site with the htm file.

About the effect. It is a really good effect, but here are some suggestions:
Make the colors more kirupa blue. There are some that look purple.
Try making the circles lighter in color, or move slower (or both) to make them less distracting from the text.
Reduce the number of circles. It runs at 73% cpu in the html file and 100% with the flash projector. I have a 2.4 Ghz 512 mb computer.

farmer_boy - please just upload the your_effect.swf plain version without the borders and such :) The borders are there just for you to test how your final effect *may* look on the site.
