illustrator help

I'm trying to get my text boxes to snap together....

each letter will have its own text box... the text boxes have to be aligned perfectly with each other... so I dont want to type the x y values manually.

so you have your text box right... press cmd+u or control+u on PC. this will bring up smart guides. now... when you hover over your text box it will tell you were you're at... at the same time if you grab a corner you can drag it to another text box and it will snap. see ez :)
