I’m a novice about database management concepts and all about scripting.

Is there any softwere which can create database trees and tables (suppose mySQL) itself for any of my dynamic website? And which will not require any coding & scripting like stuffs?

phpMyAdmin makes things pretty easy to work with.

yea just like bwh said... phpMyAdmin is the best you're gonna find today, it's used by almost all hosting companies, to allow you to maniuplate your MySQL DBs
