I thought the site was generally well done but there are a few things that caught my eye:

near the top of the site where it goes "software development.....flash applications" the text just changes, why not tween so each new text fades in then out to make it look smoother??

the rollover sound kind of gets annoying after a while.but thats nothing major :)

nice site, i think the border of the rectangle should be somethin other than orange, looks weird to me

i know its a bee theme but the hexagon designs have been over done and the color while fitting with a honey color scheme is not very attractive.
