save for web image changes color

in Photoshop when i save the image for web it is changing the color shade, is their any procedure while saving for web i can get the same color shade

might be a couple of things..

: colour management
: the documents original colour mode (CMYK or RBG)
: what compression are you using to export as (jpg or gif or png or other)
: what ratio are you using with your compression

also if you could post a example screenshot of the pic in photoshop and one in the save as window that would help too.
