I like the design. It's simple and clean. Maybe a couple of suggestions though. I don't say they are necessary, but they are just ideas to make your website even better. :)

[a] Add calm music or sounds... this will give more "feeling" to your website.

[b] Try another background colour instead of black.

[c] Maybe you should consider transitions for your pages.

I thought the main site is excellent, the design is clean and the graphics are nice.

I didn't like the splash page though, I thought it was too busy and messy with those award graphics posted.

your graphics are to heavy it takes like 1 or 2 minutes to load on 56k try lowering the resolution of your images, the site navigation is fine my main complaint is the heavy loading of the graphics, oh and on your portfolio section you have a typo it says multimedia CD presentatins, but the main problem of your site is that it loads slow your swfs and your images
