Almost every culture in the world has some sort of dragon within their mythology. Are you interested in the "classic" European style? "Classic" chinese style? You should do a quick google search to get an idea of what type of dragon you are interested in, such as:

Chinese style dragon (http://images.google.com/images?q=chinese+dragon&btnG=Search&hl=en&lr=&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial)
European style dragon (http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&lr=&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&q=european+dragon&btnG=Search)
