Hi, I know this might sound stupid but i made a layout in Photoshop CS and them after I finished the whole layout i found out that it was done in CMYK instead of RGB color mode. Is there a way to change the color mode before i save it for web so that I wouldnt have to remake my work? thanks.

from what i understand save for web converts a image to RGB, it also compresses a image to 72 dpi. It doesnt convert your original just the image it exports or the image your saving out in the save for web window.
Best bet is to do as simp explained above, but if your working on a print job and you dont want to convert just to send a email attachment showing progression drafts to other workers/ clients save for web can be helpful.

CMYK can't be converted to RGB with EXACTLY the same color values, but since it's on screen and meant for screen viewing, the difference is really not noticable.
I've had posters printet before that I hastely made for projects (school oriented), and of course forgot to check that it was in CMYK... when printet, the difference is REALLY clear :hangover:

Thats why when making something for print you need Color guide it will save you alot of trouble and money, if you dont own one get one lol.
