Colour Choice

Im making a new and overdue version of my website. It should work as a portfolio.

Before I go any further I wanted to know what you guys think of the colour palette? and the look for that matter... Am I on the right track?

my pers-op is that if the whole site is in those colours, it could become a bit hard on the eye. it looks good, but may drive you nuts after a while.

I think it would be best just to do a mock up of the whole site as the colour scheme may just complement the site as it stands you can't really make a judgement on the nav bar alone BUT I think the colours are fairly strong and like farsite said it could make people either love or hate it.

Personally I think they are too overwhelming to the eye.
