Ya that's a nice effect. Another suggestion I have is to make the colors slightly lighter and less harsh. Or have the flowers affected by the other flowers too, instead of just traveling in a straight line.

Thanks for the feedback.
MetteBB:-
I don`t think the framerate is a problem, 25 is plenty and similar to what i would normally use. I could speed everything up a little but it is ment to be background. Also my footer may be slowing things down a bit for you.
Phlashman:- I agree, perhaps make a little larger also?

Yeah, that would probably make it better. Also, just look at Kirupa's effects. They are very fast, but so light blue it is barely noticable. Try to keep it like that. That's what a lot of the effects are missing and will not get chosen (not to point fingers, but Firefly is one that I remember, it is very dark and too in your face).

Maybe you can have fewer objects moving
you can change the movements like adding more ease, acceleration, etc.
Thicken the lines between the circles

Looks really nice stringy :)

Yeah stringy, that looks nice! My CPU's chugging big time, though. I'd suggest a gravity effect like Kode's electricity, but it would probably make the CPU work way too hard.

Thanks for the replies/critisism, it`s all helpful.
e-sarbak:- I`ve taken your advice here, used fewer clips, thicker lines + more erratic behaviour

I think it sort of gets away from my original idea and probably should be renamed "Starwars" or something, what do you thing?
Heres another without the random rotation but with permanent lines

Phlashman:- Shouldn`t be much more taxing on cpu, I am already checking the distance between clips.Runs fine on my old Athlon 1000 (without my footer). I`ve just added a slight change in velocities to this file

Maybe the number of clips is a problem as e-sarbak pointed out?

I think decreasing the numbers will be enough for less intensive effect
Also thanks for taking my advises

It is ok :thumb: I will have to reduce the number of clips. Thanks for the advice.
