My third creation.
I wait for your comments

It looks nice! I think you could improve it by lessening the time where it is a blank blue screen.

Krilnon, thanx for the comment, but when I checked it with a faster rate, it didn't look nice.

It looks like a plain blue screen to me :-/?

If I were you, I'd make the bg white and the start blue or light blue.

Nice! That's much cooler! A little bit too in-your face though. At least lighten up the bg a bit. It looks really cool though, like those sparkly things.

That is good but you certainly change the color to dark blue which fits to the site ...:)

You may want to make the background white and the stars a really light blue instead. Since I load the SWF only, background color specified in the <object> tags won't appear unless you are creating a giant rectangle in Flash to simulate the background :)

If I were you, I'd make the bg white and the start blue or light blue.. Once again, great minds think alike. Another option to spice it up a bit would be some very subtle lightblue-white gradients in the bg.

Yes
A light background can be more appropriate for header

Make the starts a bit lighter blue, in my opinion.

I think you should make the stars totally white...:)

Requests fullfilled
One with lightblue stars (Phlashman)
And one with with stars and a bit darker background (with the lightblue background, it didn't look nice)(e-sarbak)

They're both nice. I like the one that I suggested a little better though ;).
