Chimp Logo!

I can't think of a logo for radioativechimp.com. Can you help me out? What does "RadioactiveChimp" mean to you? If I end up liking the logo, I would be happy to give something in return, like a custom silkscreened shirt. Go for it, I trust you

Hey radioactivechimp! You certainly have a tough one there!

ermm i would go with some kind of green/yellow style chimps head or sumthin, with the radioactive signs for eyes, just slightly opaque though, dunno just a thought.

Your chimp isnt really a logo... logos are simple, not just photographs.

I know it's not very radioactive, but all the radiactive colors hurt peoples eyes when combined lol. Anyway I really like those colors together. My site in the making right now is very symetrical and pixel/squarish. I was kinda thinking of a variation on the radioactive symbol. Let's get some pixel artists in here, that would be cool as hell. Quick one: attached psd as well in case you wanted to change anything around, there is a full radioactive logo there, just the bottom part is covered by bananas... just realised how odd that statement would be to anyone who didn't know what it was about.
I stuck strictly to the four colours in the palette, so hopefully thats what you wanted.

Oh... without a doubt... I LOVE the style. I would make it look less "bikini-ish" and shrink down the chimp head and pull it off to one side a bit. Maybe with some of the stylized edges bracketting the text a bit. Also, the chosen green is hard to read on a white background. But I still love the idea. Love it.

Two fonts in one logo isn't bad... I think it makes it more interesting, personally... But I agree that the font used for 'Radioactive' is more appealing than the one used for 'Chimp'... :lol:

I do like the black/green contrast though... I can't wait to see the next iteration...

LoL... webageddon those were the good ole days... when no one knew who I was, I was the new kid. Made a strong lasting impression from that day on though :D. ;) it was made w/ love :D. If I showed how I did it I'd have to kill you afterwards... don't need anymore competition than I already have :cough DDD:

The reason I did a serif font was just cause it's not as impacting as radioactive yet it still needs some attention as it is important. Normally I would've done a custom font treatment as I try to do w/ most logos... but since this was a freebie I did it the quickest way possible.

LoL... well thanks I think... I think my style of logo design is pretty unique... I try to never take things literally and focus more on conceputal stuff.... most of the time it works out... other times it doesn't. Me and DDD have had logo wars many times... he keeps me on my toes as hopefully, I do w/ him.

Simp i know what you mean, ive charged clients money like that before and they just go crazy... mainly because most of them own small crappy businesses that are just starting, aswell as kids wanting free stuff!
