new dell cases

there are several new cases out on the dells. what do you guys think?

XPS Gen5: Looks pretty much the same.
Dimension 9100: ehhhhhh. Bearable, but I don't like it.
Optiplex: It's a business machine. It's not supposed to look good.

The Precision and the 9100 look nice. I keep my tower below my desk hidden from view, so I don't really worry too much how it looks. As long as the Dell monitors look as good or better than they do now, I'm happy :P

i'll take apple anyday, but if you insist on pcs. i think that dells are mostly all ugly. i would go with a custom built pc with neon lights and a clear sided case. =D.

yeah those all clear cases are kinda neat. The water cooling tubes look neat when they are lit up too if you have them.

They are alright, theres that one designed for gaming thats made of metal or something, looks pretty sweet.

I'd still rather have a Mac anyday, nothing beats them, they look so damn cool :thumb:

The Dell XPS Gen5 PC looks very good but the technical specifications makes you question if its cost feasible.

Ask yourself why so many large companies such as Macquarie Bank, Deloitte ulitise Dell computers. Don't take the piss out of Dell because their servers are very reliant used by hosting companies, for e.g. Unflux.

Dell computers look simple but they are effective. Their specs are straight to the point. I have a HP computer right now and boy do I regret purchasing it. If I couldn't get a Dell, I would just get one that is customised.

I've always had a Dell because they have excellent service, and I've never had one problem with them. I think the look of the dells are really cool. I hate working with macs though. I don't find them to be user friendly at all. I can't stand the look of them either. I'm not talking against macs because they do work equally as good, but I don't prefer their look or overall function of them. I can't get used to it. I remember trying to learn the mac at school. I thought it was so hard and confusing. Then I took one class that had PC's, and I picked it up in a snap. I guess, I'm just a PC girl.

Yeah, I heard HP computers are horrible. I've heard so many complaints with their computers, I'll never trust buying one. They have great printers though.

Dell kick butt, iv been using them for years, they are cheap but damn good, they last aswel, over the past say 5 - 10 years, iv had 2 Dells, and the both run really well (neither has ever been formatted).

My current PC (mine) is a Dell and we bought a family PC some 8-9 years ago, its never been formatted and it still runs. Never had any failures (software or hardware)
