In addition to not being blue, I'm concerned that if the user wasn't actively moving their mouse over it, it wouldn't move very much thus lessening the effectiveness of it. :)

I'm not a judge or anything, but why are you submitting all your old flash footers and effects in this section?

Old effects are one thing, you made them either way. But if you are going to submit them, at least make sure they follow the guidelines.

And if you are just posting them to inspire, post them in the Source/Experiments section. Both sections need the .fla attached too though. Without sources they just belong in the Showcase/Critiques section.
