Php MySQL Database Developer Required

Hi all, I am seeking someone with solid background and experience developing MySQL databases.

This project is for a condo rental agency, so the database must be able to store information about each condo, ie. info, pictures, and the client must be able to update the info and pictures using a simple userfriendly application.
