site i made for YWCA critiques pls

here is a site i made for the YWCA i've been working on it for about a month any ideas and critiques are welcome.:esmirk:

It is very large, it needs to be a fixed width, the pictures all look pixelated but thats because the swf is stretched to my browswer window size. Why are there two groups of main navigation? The top navigation needs a different rollover, There is a blank nav button. It's kind of hard to tell since it is stretched to my browser but its a good start! I like the transition of the text.

All the text on the site is blurred. And I'm not liking the colour combo either, sorry :)

it looks alot better than that its because i had to lower the quality so i could upload it to the server i use it was too big in file size.

Well thats a problem in itself then isnt it? U need to optimize it otherwise it's a lost cause.. :)
