Not much to say, it looks really bad, cant read the navigation text and the green graidents are rank and you also have folio instead of portfolio on it, one of my pet hates :) is this a joke?

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but its true, people will take one look and close the browser, as for getting work off the back of it, or even showing your work off, forget about it, you have the elements and ideas (a working preloader, and the side nav is a good idea), but you need to redesign this bigtime.

I like the green. The navigation words are hard to read though. Maybe change the font? But I think its a good start love.

well here goes

green is too dirty and dull. go for something a lot lighter
font is terrible. come on, you can see its blurry and hard to read. no excuse for that
animation is jerky, speed up the fps in flash

its a nice little idea for the navigation, just poorly executed. gradients are generally a no-no so keep it simple.

you need to rethink your colour choice, font choice. its clear you are learning so go and buy some good books on graphic design and read!! it will help a lot as well as giving things a bash as you are.

PS dont put 'a creative mind' on your website. show people you are creative instead...
