I am redesigning our Intranet web site at the company that I work for here in Costa Rica. Please let me know what you think.

yeah I know it's kinda hard, but the thing is that since this is an Intranet site, I am not allowed to make it available to the public...
I am going to put some animations to it, maybe you have any ideas???
or you could let me know what would you do to make it look better

It looks very nice but the header could do with a major makeover.

the site looks good. for me just a subtle animation on your header will do.. coz most of the people specially old ones.. dont like much movements that annoys their eyes.. so first of all review your audience.. good work on this. :}

Nice standard site. Don't like the background pattern. Colors are nice, on the whole. Woman in the header could be more beautiful. Also, don't like the bottom banners. :hat:

Im gonna work a lil bit more on the header!
The lady in the picture works here in my company, thats why I had to use it... we liked the concept, but we are definitely gonna change it.
And those banners we have to keep them somewhere in the page... Ill try to round their corners eventhough I dont have the original .FLAs
