to make it better I would center it in the screen and add some rollover effects to add a little more life to those buttons

maybe have something on the flyers so you can click on them to enlarge them so everyone can see them clearly. Just a thought:smirk:

possibly have hover captions over the "clubs and sites we respect" to let people know what they are.

there really is no need to do this site in flash as it is currently set up. all that you have there can easily be done with html. if you want to do it in flash, i'd say spice it up a bit and make it LOOK like flash, not like an html page in flash.

There is a bottom piece of "sites we respect" that is useless, you could cut it down so that it aligns with the menu column ending.

actually there is quite a space there if im being honest so i could probably reduce the height to match up to the links column your right :) and i would still have space for 2 rows of icons. how would i go about doing the actual description when rolled over though?
i am new to flash remember lol

you can create that small portion in flash and cut the file size dramatically instead of the whole thing being done in flash. also, no need to get snotty, u posted for a critique, i gave u one.

I wasn't being snotty mate, i was simply stating that flash is the best way to go for this site as it is a work in progress and is currently being edited with lots of functions so i think your "critique" wasn't very well thought out.
Thanks for looking though
