Its really nice man!
:( So jealous... Wish I had that kind of talent!
I like the ease of the transisions and the way everything feels so light. Brilliant site, well done !

i like the beginning but not the content areas when you click on a section. The text seems to plain and boring with such a simple site. I think i like your previous version better. Lol your versions of your site take up half your portfolio...

Thats nice, i agree with what everyone else has said however it needs some sound :(
Maybe add some to the rollovers or transitions?

the title of your splash page is Untitled Document. other than that i think it's pretty slick. nice work.

i've seen a lot of web-sites - and, your's is pretty much, super awesome. - and all your other portfolio versions too. yeah, imo the motion is perfect [the masking is perfect] and the graphics are genious -- i just noticed that when loading the pictures in the pop up - I had to close it first before I could click on the next one - and gravity fails links to black hole,. -- so congrats on making everyone else look like super noobs!

Very very nice. Althought it looks a lot like the old miniml font site . . . but with your graphics you add and the buttons etc. it makes yours stand out. I especially love how smooth everything is!
Kudos!
Boon out~ :gm:

Like it, like the minimal colours and the transitions are nice.
I don't know about anyone else but I would prefer it to go directly to the home page from the splash, rather than having to click home on the menu.
Just my thoughts.

thanks guys. ill take a look ay all your suggestions. there is a couple of reasons why the majority of my portfolio is personal web work. First being that i enjoy experimenting with new things and ideas and whats a better way to show it than as a portfolio? Secondly, im still at college and design isnt my number one priority right now. I dont advertise myself so i dont get work very often, but im leaving college this month so im hoping to find a full time job or more freelance work.
thanks for pointing out the link problem Wyatt.
cheers all,

heh, the space opera graphics look like greg martin's artwork...
Nice folio.
And please, NO SOUND (as someone mentionned otherwise above), it's really annoying when it has no real purpose but to be "hip" and because "every one else does it".

i used his tutorials to make those. i think i should credit him for it, he is such an insipration.
Im not planning on adding sound, its not really my field of work and ive only used cheesey free sounds in the past.
Thanks again,
jamie
