Thank you for your replies. We're looking for people that have mastered those fields or that can show what they are capable of. So the number of team members for each of those categories could depend on what their skills are, if it takes five for one category to complete something, or if it takes one, it all depends on their skills and dedication.

ok.... Eternal is going about this slightly the wrong way.... bascially we are trying to develop a good solid team that has the skills and experience required to produce a good piece of work. We currently have a project in mind, but so far its not even close to concrete therefore we're not going to talk about it. We're not trying to keep you in the dark, because theres no dark to keep you in. The project we have in mind is miles up in the air, and theres a good chance it will never happen. But other projects will and we're trying to form a crack team to be ready. I hope it makes more sense now.

It's wierd how people go to a jobs forum and apply for a job but then they say that they have nothing to show for their work and they don't want to show what they are working on. It's really funny, 'cause I used to be the same :lol:.

We're still putting the team together, and we're still getting different things organized. Right now we're putting together a crack team to get ready for different projects. I'm planning on once we have a great team put together, then I'm going to organize a few projects. I hope that clears a few things up.

I'm pretty good with css and HTML, but just around medium with JavaScript. I DO however have pretty good storywriting skills. And I think I have bright ideas. I'm also okay at making logos (could be really good sumtimes, could be really bad, so average of that is okay) and I have about 7 months experience with Flash. I am, however, self-motivated and willing.
