Critique on site please

I just wanted to get some outside suggestions on the site i am working on. The about text is only put there for looks and needs to be changed and i have only hooked up the home and about button for now cause i am in the middle of making the page. Also i am having some problems making it strtch across the whole site but other than that i just wanted to know if i am on the right path or if i should start over.

I think there is too much gray, but the "feel" is nice. I know you don't feel the "feel", it's personal. But take it as a compliment. Ok. Enough :D
