i think he wants to make a flash animation his wallpaper if thats what you want you need swf desktop, and yes its possible :thumb:

if that's the case then he could just publish the html file and windows will accept it (XP) at least. no extra software needed

Theres no tutorial or explanation that will just automatically make you draw well... It takes practise, and tutorials and stuff are only tools that will help you get better.

I think you need to develop that yourself through practice hee_hah_dude ;)

The best tip anyone can give you is to experiment. Get used to the tools, see how you can use and manipulate them. You may be terrible at first, but eventually with practice you will naturally get better and become more adept with the tools in flash. Drawing is one of those things that's hard to give help on, it's really up to the user to take time out to practice and develop their skills :).

what is it that you are trying to draw anyway? character drawing? digital portraits?
