Hi guys and gals any feedback on my flash site would be appreciated..keep in mind it is still under construction and my first flash site ( so be kind lol) ..in particular if any of you have a very fast connection e.g T1 i would appreciate it if you could check out the video on my site to see if i am preloading enought for T1 users..( the amount of movie preloaded depends on which connection speed the user clicks on) the quality of the video displayed is always the same regardless of your connection speed..
thanks the site is www.flashmatics.co.uk

I'm on a 2meg line and the vid started playing at exactly 15% so I guess you've done a good job with it!

i like it..but i have a suggestion. your navigation needs to be improved. I think (as a user/consumer) there should be more interaction EX: throwing, spiinning...like real physics.

I liked it but it lacked some animation, everything seemed a little stale, the nav looks good and I thought it was going to have some nice effects but there was nothing apart from the video button which popped out some sub menus.
the music player bars looked bad, they moved very slow and hence the effect wasn't pulled off well at all.
Apart from that I thought your site was good :)

I think for your first flash site it is a great start! As stated above, I'd work on the navigation, liven it up a bit. Try instead of double clicking there be an actual thing to click on each tab...and I am not sure if everyone will realize that you can drag each one of the nav pieces around...I'd also get rid of the head graphic in your sound window...doesn't look very good as far as quality goes...Anyways great start keep at it!
Boon out~ :book:
