uhh... font looks a little crushed together some times.

Pretty good layout, I am not sure if it's my monitor or the font, but all the text is very fuzzy and doesn't look good. Maybe select a different font and make sure that you make it "flash worthy". I like your logo for fidelis . . . could you possibly incorporate that into the site more?

I don't like the background at all, the color or pattern. It looks like you tried making the slanted lines thicker and couldn't figure out how ;) and the header and footer text color looks bad on the background. Font is blurry. Add some dummy content so we can see how it will look. I would leave the logo the dark color. The picture kind of blends in with the content background, maybe add a stroke. I don't really like the moving shapes up top, maybe if you could figure out a more random way to do it with more varied sizes of rectangles. It's a good start just needs some work.

I like it but make it a little more colorful.. Like.. Alter the BG and make it a type of blue.
