This is my new business card. What do you think about it? Will it find me jobs?
Simple and strong, i thought.

Well, it's original of course, but the text is hard to read. That mostly goes to the choice of fonts. :hat:

You should be careful about font choice and you should do something for color integration. You should work more deliberately on choosing if it will be green or black...:)

I'd keep that big lettering green, but make the rest of the letters all black...otherwise i like it!

Like the matrix.
I think the cards are ok. I don't really have any comments on them aside from green on the white in your body copy is hard to read. Not the big bold one obviously but the other green stuff sorta just disappears.

turn all your details back the right way. I know its suppose to look cool....but its also suppose to give people information, turn it round and all the small green text to black, and its already much better.

Are you going with a non-standard size of card? It could be just the image but it doesn't look quite right to me. I think you might be able to get away with the sideways text (people can just turn the card), but it does need to be bigger. You don't want people to strain when they're trying to contact you.

Eh great! thanks all of you for the positive critics. Nice to read those on a monday morning.
The text i'll turn in black and try to size it up a little. I'll post the updated version later. Thanks again for the comments.
I do want to make it in the standard size (it has to fit in peoples wallets, card-books and card-systems). I have to verify that size. now it measures 8,5 x 5,5 cm. I thought that was correct... i measured a few here at home...
don't want to go for the matrix look.... i like the freshness of green on white. A black background is too 'heavy'...

Yeah, I'd stick with the green on white with the big letters, but as far as the small font goes, just use black and I think you will get your point across.

Stick the architect text inside one of the L's in white, so that when you are reading the address and tel details the word "architect" is the correct way up. I think that would look pretty damm smart!

I agree... so you dont have to keep turning the card around. Otherwise I think the card looks cool. Nice 'fresh juicy apple' effect with the green colour. I like that

yeh your address font could be a little clearer and the architect word needs to be a little closer to Pulles.
nice :)

What about architect in while inside one of the green L's? It also looks scrunched, try putting some of your contact info on the bottom to reitterate who you are and what you do. Just my 2 cents.
Just realized that the architect thing has already been suggested!

ditch the 'technical' font... I know yah do all your draftin prints in it... and it is upposedly easy to read but a nice thick sans would convey better... also I think you have too much info on too small a space... consider what are the primary ways for people to contact you and go with those... I don't know what the two different phone numbers are about but that's probably because I'm from the wilderness...
Align the text on the right
As it is right now the business card does not say "architect" (to me). I keep thinking "Body Shop" or "Interior Designer"
it's a good start though! ;)

Ha ...bodyshop.. :D that's not the image i'm after!
The second number is not a phone number... it's my VAT number (IVA in italian). i need it on the card since i will use it not only to give away on parties... In fact i cannot take away any info on there....
I know no one here like the technical font... but you know.... i like it.......
Check my last version:
i worked a bit on the text. i kept the font, but made it less messy.
