Hey everybody. I'm sad to say that I'm going to be leaving this board for at least one month and a half, possibly 6 months (arghh!!) so you won't be hearing much from me. I'm leaving for Thailand, and I don't expect to touch a computer for that amount of time. Kirupa, if you want to remove my moderator superpowers, please do (it has a tragic touch, doesn't it ?).

Hey Pom,
Quite sad to see that you are leaving for a while, but, I'm sure once you return from your trip, we will be right here just the same way you left us! :) So, till then, have a great, safe trip and good luck! This place will be a lot quieter without you, and Eyezberg will the the only Phrenchman left to keep Phil's anti-French views in line lol

Don't worry, your mod superpowers will always be here, and, when I change forums, you will have your mod powers back once you register. I'll tell the powers that be to keep a mod chair reserved for you whenever you come back haha. We will all miss you.

Whats this I hear? Joes not around enough for me to pick on him. And I didn't hear any reasons, either. But my powers of deduction have come up with a phew possibilities. The Phrech are planning a new capitalist assault on Indochina and the phar east and your one of the special, elite crack troops that will be sent to secure either the airfields or a port of call. Thus no computer. Either way I will miss you, as you have found a place in my darkened heart of sin & corruption. (Doesn't that make you pheel good?) My second guess is that you are out scouting phor a wiphe. Thai-girls are awesome and supreme, the very goddesses of the universe itself. And they love phoreigners too, even the phrench! They are sold as slaves and whores by their own phamilies to alleviate poverty and are brought up thinking this is normal. A very sad case indeed. So, now I must know why you are going (I am an intelligence agency now, remember?) and am curious as all heck. I will miss you a lot and other than this short, brief tell all, will secretly pine phor your presence and the times of rephreshing you ophten bring. Live phorever O' Pom, live phorever! Didn't you read the Terms of Endearment? It is rule #57, Chapter 1, subparagraph 4. It's all right there! I got to excercise my God powers on my new EZ boards this morning, banned the first person and deleted his hate filled posts. Something about Blacks and Jews but he didn't use those words.
